As the days grow longer and the sun beats down on the Côte d’Azur, the Principality unveils its exceptional summer destinations, where visitors can fully enjoy the Monegasque art of living. These are unmissable spots overlooking the Mediterranean.

At Monte-Carlo Beach , the big new addition for summer 2026 is La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo , where chef Simone Zanoni serves up sunny, gourmet Italian cuisine. The resort is also home to Elsa Marcel Ravin , a Michelin-starred restaurant recognised in the 2025 Michelin Guide, overlooking the Mediterranean, as well as Le Deck , a summer brasserie with a fresh and creative à la carte menu. On the other side of the estate, Maona Monte-Carlo brings Monegasque evenings to life with hearty Greek cuisine and a festive atmosphere.

Just a stone’s throw away, the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort once again welcomes Las Brisas for a sunny escape in lush, green surroundings. Nearby, Coya Monte-Carlo transports diners to the heart of Latin America with its fusion cuisine featuring Peruvian flavours in a colourful setting.

Continuing along the Mediterranean coast, Le Méridien Beach Plaza unveils its exclusive concepts with Muse , a summer restaurant in the shade of the pine trees, as well as Sen, a new, intimate Japanese restaurant designed in the style of a speakeasy. In the heart of Monte-Carlo, the Fairmont Monte Carlo is home to Amù Monte-Carlo and Nikki Beach Monte-Carlo on its rooftop, an exclusive venue overlooking the famous hairpin bend of the Formula 1 circuit.

Five-star establishments are not to be outdone, with Em Sherif Monte-Carlo at the Hôtel de Paris and ZIA at Odyssey in the Métropole Monte-Carlo. Finally, Mada Lounge will set up its summer base in the Jardins des Boulingrins, whilst Amazonico Monte-Carlo will be spreading its Latin-Brazilian atmosphere on the rooftop of the Café de Paris Monte-Carlo.
