Awarded a second star in 2022, Le Blue Bay Marcel Ravin , part of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, offers a perfect blend of Caribbean and Mediterranean flavours. Chef Marcel Ravin, honoured by the Grandes Tables du Monde and notably awarded first prize in the ‘Chef ’ at the 2025 Hotel & Lodge Awards, is committed to responsible gastronomy, growing his own fruit and vegetables in the Hotel’s organic kitchen garden and sourcing fish in accordance with the Mr Goodfish charter. Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac **

The name pays homage to the iconic venue at the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo during the 1920s, a time when the leading figures of the aristocracy and diplomats from around the world enjoyed gathering there. Opened in 2023, the restaurant Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac was awarded two stars in the 2024 Michelin Guide. Chef Christophe Cussac creates contemporary, gourmet Mediterranean cuisine inspired by his gastronomic heritage, as a worthy disciple of Joël Robuchon.

L’Abysse Monte-Carlo **

Driven by the modernity of Chef Yannick Alléno’s French cuisine and the Japanese tradition of sushi master Naoki Kikuchi, L’Abysse Monte-Carlo was awarded two stars in its very first year. Located at the heart of the Rampoldi institution, La Table D'Antonio Salvatore earned its first Michelin star in 2021 thanks to its blend of classics and original, creative dishes. Influences from southern Italy and France lend the dishes a unique character. This restaurant, which breaks the mould of haute cuisine, presents a menu that showcases local produce and gives pride of place to organic vegetables, drawing on a network of local producers.
