48 hours of sport in Monaco - Autumn/Winter

DAY 1

Morning

Wake up! What better way to start your stay in the Principality than with an early morning jog? Monaco has a number of footpaths that are ideal for running, particularly around the Mareterra and Larvotto districts, via the expressway with its special runners' surface. You'll also find a technical surface in the landscaped Fontvieille park, ideal for a sporty warm-up between the Roseraie, the Stade Louis-II and the port.

Lunchtime

To extend the day's sports activities, Box 98 welcomes young and old alike to a vast 4,700 m² area. This leisure centre in Fontvieille has an electric go-kart track, racing simulators, arcade games, billiards tables and even bowling lanes! The complex, which diversifies the range of entertainment on offer in Monaco, also offers lunch on site in a friendly setting, ideal for family outings as well as get-togethers with friends.

Afternoon

The Principality lives to the rhythm of its major sporting events. From January to December, there is always a competition to follow or an achievement to celebrate. During the winter season, the Monte-Carlo Rallye Automobile and its supercharged racing cars take the Principality and its hinterland by storm. You'll be able to admire the competitors from the ramp on the Quai Albert Ier at the start of the 94th edition on Thursday 22 January 2026! The forthcoming edition also features a rare event: a super-special to be experienced in Monaco on 24 January. A first since 2008.

Evening

Head for the Stade Louis II and its iconic arches. AS Monaco Football Club, accustomed to topping the French league throughout its long history, is also no stranger to high-stakes European nights. It's sure to be a thrilling evening of sport! In the "Loges des Légendes", in the Roche Bobois Lounge , in the "Munegu Family" tribune or in the heart of the Monegasque kop, you can support the princely club in all circumstances, and even dine in! DAY 2

Morning

Make your stay in Monaco unforgettable by starting a hike from Cap d'Ail. Head for the Tête de Chien for a round trip in the mild winter sunshine! This moderately demanding 6km hike, with a difference in altitude of over 500 metres, offers breathtaking panoramic views once you reach the summit. As well as seeing the horizon stretch as far as the eye can see, hikers can Enjoy a view of Monaco, France and Italy at their feet. Three countries at a glance!

For those who prefer the downward dog posture to climbing the Tête de Chien, the Principality has several spots for memorable yoga sessions. The Solarium beach, a dyke converted into a beach at Port Hercule, lends itself perfectly to the practice: a clear horizon, a sea breeze and the Mediterranean as a backdrop.

Midi

There is a green paradise bordered by blue overlooking the Principality... In Monaco, you can practice your swing and putting in an extraordinary setting thanks to the location of the Monte-Carlo Golf Club ! Perched at an altitude of 900 metres, the site is a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean where you can enjoy a game of golf between sea and sky. Accessible by car in around thirty minutes, the club welcomes seasoned golfers and amateurs alike. And to extend the pleasure, its panoramic restaurant offers lunch overlooking the Grande Bleue, in a calm and cosy atmosphere.

Afternoon

There's one activity that can be enjoyed in any season... Like launching yourself into the void above the Principality! Skydive Monaco , in partnership with Héli Air Monaco, offers you the chance to take off in a helicopter for a free-fall accompanied by professionals! The Principality can be discovered from the air, where it reveals its graceful silhouette, perfectly nestled between the Alps and the Mediterranean. Enjoy the breathtaking views that only the Côte d'Azur can offer.

Evenings

Fans of orange ball or sport in general can make a diversion to the Salle Gaston Médecin. Nestling in the heart of the Stade Louis II, this is the home of AS Monaco Basket. A historic club in the French championship, the Roca Team, twice French champions and Euroleague finalists in 2025, have been providing regular thrills for several years now. There are plenty of high-stakes evenings to look forward to, and always a great atmosphere to support one of the best teams in Europe!
