The main attractions of this new area include a seafront Promenade Prince Jacques with a unique mineral atmosphere, a blue grotto that allows the curious to discover the heart of the structure, a relaxation area conducive to meditation, green spaces, villas and apartment blocks as well as the Quai du Petit portier with its marina. A pleasant winter stroll in the company of your partner!
