Awarded a second star in 2022, Le Blue Bay Marcel Ravin, part of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, is a perfect alchemy of Caribbean and Mediterranean flavours. Chef Marcel Ravin, honoured by the Grandes Tables du Monde, is committed to responsible gastronomy, growing fruit and vegetables from the hotel's organic garden and offering fish that complies with the Mr Goodfish charter. The menu offers a daring mix of must-try dishes and ephemeral creations, and is renewed every three weeks.

Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac ** (in French)

The name refers to the emblematic address of the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo in the 1920s, when the great names of the aristocracy and diplomats from all over the world liked to meet up. Opened in 2023, Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac has been awarded two stars in the 2024 Michelin Guide. Chef Christophe Cussac develops a contemporary, gourmet Mediterranean cuisine inspired by his gastronomic heritage, as a worthy disciple of Joël Robuchon.

L'Abysse Monte-Carlo ** (in French)

L'Abysse Monte-Carlo was awarded two stars in its first year, thanks to the modern French cuisine of chef Yannick Alléno and the Japanese tradition of sushi master Yasunari Okazaki. The setting at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo celebrates the perfect balance between two complementary worlds. La Table d'Antonio Salvatore *

Located in the heart of the Rampoldi institution, La Table d'Antonio Salvatore has been awarded its first Michelin star in 2021 thanks to its combination of classics and original, creative dishes. Influences from the south of Italy and France give the dishes on offer a unique character. The restaurant, which breaks the codes of haute cuisine, unveils a menu that makes the most of local produce and gives pride of place to organic vegetables, supported by a network of local producers.
