The Monte-Carlo Beach unveils its new season
From 13 April, Monte-Carlo Beach officially reopens the doors of its intimate Hotel, with 41 rooms opening onto the Mediterranean, and its iconic club, for a new season. Guests and members will come together to perpetuate the art of joie de vivre, in the club spirit that has characterised this unique venue for almost a century.
Club spirit, the hallmark of the Beach
Before it became a Hotel in 1929, the Monte-Carlo Beach was first and foremost a club, which over the years has become a veritable symbol of Mediterranean Art de Vivre. Sunbathing, strolling, swimming... and playing, too. Here, the pleasure of play is cultivated: taking part in a padel tournament or the annual swimming competition, which has seen generations of Monegasques and international guests compete against each other, is a must. Children can have fun at the Monte-Carlo Kids Club by Petit VIP, enjoying the many activities on offer, on land or at sea. Not forgetting the memories created with friends and family over lunch or dinner, whether festive, casual, gastronomic or romantic. The club spirit is a unique blend of conviviality, refinement and carefree spirit, where every day has the flavour of an eternal summer. This summer, the experience is enriched by the Lamborghini Monaco 'cool room', which will be set up next to the Padel courts, the new colour palette of the Jacquemus pop-up and the opening of a new restaurant on the Pointe de La Vigie.
The flavours of Italian cuisine at La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo
The big news of the 2026 season is undoubtedly La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo, at the end of the Monte-Carlo Beach peninsula. It is here that Italian chef Simone Zanoni will be setting up shop from 12 June, offering sunny, gourmet Italian cuisine made from fresh, seasonal produce. The menu includes a wide variety of pastas, delicious starters to share, and a wide selection of meat and fish dishes. On the tables, small jars of honey add a sweet flavour to the dishes. In a sunny setting, with lemons and bees, you can enjoy lunch or dinner in a friendly, musical atmosphere.

An ode to the sea at Elsa Marcel Ravin's* restaurant
Winner of a Michelin star last year, the Elsa restaurant, now renamed Elsa Marcel Ravin*, will once again be delighting its guests thanks to the Jardin Marin of chefs Marcel Ravin and Domenico d'Antonio. On the menu, a cuisine of conviction, sustainability and commitment, where each product, skilfully prepared, is part of a philosophy that respects the environment and animal welfare. The Elsa Marcel Ravin* restaurant, in the hills above Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, is a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, offering sunny lunches or romantic dinners overlooking the sea, with fresh fish from sustainable fishing, vegetables from the Domaine d'Agerbol and meat with a marine flavour.

Summer delicacies at Le Deck
Chef Pascal Garrigues' fresh, creative cuisine is back at Le Deck, in a setting designed by Dorothée Delaye. It's here, in the heart of Monte-Carlo Beach, in front of the Olympic-size swimming pool and its iconic diving board, that you can enjoy a sunny lunch with a summer flavour, fresh seasonal produce guaranteed. You'll love the Spaghetti with lobster flambéed in cognac, or the Spaghetti di Gragnano with sea urchin and bottarga. And let's not forget the "banc d'écailler" with its excellent fish and seafood, fresh salads and gourmet desserts, such as Frozen Yaourt and Gaspacho de fruits rouges, Rose de Grasse and Aloe Vera.
