The Monte-Carlo Beach unveils its new season

From 13 April, the Monte-Carlo Beach officially reopens the doors of its intimate Hotel, with 41 rooms overlooking the Mediterranean, and its iconic club, for a new season. Guests and members will come together to celebrate the art of joie de vivre, in the club spirit that has characterised this unique venue for nearly a century.

The club spirit, the hallmark of the “Beach”

Before becoming a Hotel in 1929, Monte-Carlo Beach was first and foremost a club which, over the years, has established itself as a true symbol of the Mediterranean art of living. Sunbathing, strolling, swimming… and playing, too. Here, the joy of play is cultivated: taking part in a padel tournament, or the annual swimming competition – which has seen generations of Monegasques and international guests compete in friendly rivalry – is a must. Children can have fun at the Monte-Carlo Kids Club by Petit VIP, enjoying the many activities on offer, on land or at sea. Not to mention the memories made with friends or family over lunch or dinner – whether festive, casual, gourmet or romantic. The ‘club’ spirit is that unique blend of conviviality, refinement and carefree fun, where every day feels like an eternal summer. This summer, the experience is enhanced by the Lamborghini Monaco ‘cool room’, which will be located near the padel courts, the new colour palette of the Jacquemus pop-up, and the opening of a new restaurant on the Pointe de La Vigie.

The big new addition for the 2026 season is undoubtedly La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo, at the tip of the Monte-Carlo Beach peninsula. This is where Italian chef Simone Zanoni will be setting up shop from 12 June, serving up sunny, gourmet Italian cuisine made with fresh, seasonal produce. The menu features a fine variety of pasta dishes, delicious starters to share, and a wide selection of meat and fish. On the tables, small jars of honey to add a touch of sweetness to the dishes. It is in a sunny setting, amidst lemons and bees, that you can enjoy a delicious meal at both lunch and dinner, in a friendly and musical atmosphere.

An ode to the sea at Elsa Marcel Ravin*

Awarded a Michelin star last year, the restaurant Elsa, now renamed Elsa Marcel Ravin*, will once again delight its guests thanks to the Jardin Marin created by chefs Marcel Ravin and Domenico d’Antonio. On the menu is a cuisine of conviction, sustainable and committed, where every ingredient, expertly prepared, is part of a philosophy that respects the environment and animal welfare. From fresh fish sourced from sustainable fisheries, vegetables harvested at the Domaine d’Agerbol and meats with a hint of the sea, on the heights of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, the Elsa Marcel Ravin* restaurant is a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, perfect for sunny lunches or romantic dinners facing the sea.

Summer delicacies at Le Deck

Chef Pascal Garrigues’ fresh and creative cuisine is back at Le Deck, in the setting designed by Dorothée Delaye. It is here, in the heart of Monte-Carlo Beach, in front of the Olympic-sized swimming pool and its iconic diving board, that we gather for a sunny lunch with a summery feel, guaranteed to feature fresh, seasonal produce. You’ll particularly love: Spaghetti with lobsters flambéed in cognac or Spaghetti di Gragnano with sea urchin and bottarga. Not to mention the seafood bar with its excellent fish and shellfish, fresh salads and indulgent desserts, such as Frozen Yoghurt and Red Berry Gazpacho with Rose de Grasse and Aloe Vera.

Maona Monte-Carlo, From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo: Season Two

Building on its success in 2025, Maona Monte-Carlo, From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo, returns from 14 May with its festive lunches, paying tribute to Greek cuisine. Tzatziki, moussaka, lamb souvlaki, loukoumades, baklava and other specialities from chef Matia Zanolli will delight diners, not to mention original cocktails such as the Dionysos (rum, pineapple, pistachio orgeat syrup) or the Athena (tzatziki cordial, gin, Italicus). From 4pm, the atmosphere will gradually build to the sounds of the DJs who will take turns throughout the season, with an exceptional line-up: Carlita, Moojo and Demaya. From June onwards, the lounge area will be decked out in a design by APM Monaco.
