Smashie is coming to Monaco!

OPENING OF SMASHIE ORIGINAL SMASHBURGER IN MONACO

Monaco’s culinary scene is set to be enriched by the opening of Smashie Original Smashburger, an Italian brand already well-established and renowned in Italy for its discerning and generous approach to street food. Smashie has chosen Rue Caroline for its first location in Monaco, taking over from Grubers, in a lively, central and iconic neighbourhood, popular with both residents and an international clientele.

At the heart of the Smashie concept lies the Smashburger in its purest and most indulgent form. The meat, rigorously selected, is smashed at high temperature directly on the griddle to create an intense caramelised crust, the brand’s signature. This rapid cooking method ensures a juicy, flavour-packed interior whilst developing deep, rich flavours. The burger is then elevated by a soft, lightly toasted bun, carefully selected melting cheeses and balanced sauces, designed to enhance the meat without ever overpowering it.

The chips, golden to perfection, crispy on the outside and melt-in-the-mouth on the inside, are also available in an ultra-indulgent Bacon Cheese version, generously topped with melted cheese and crispy bacon, for an even more decadent treat. The menu also gives pride of place to chicken, with a comprehensive and carefully crafted selection. The Crispy Chicken Burger features a crispy, golden and juicy chicken fillet in a bun, whilst the Chicken Tenders are best enjoyed with your fingers. For a fresher yet still indulgent alternative, Smashie offers a Crispy Caesar Salad, combining breaded chicken, crisp iceberg lettuce and shavings of Grana Padano PDO.

Hot dog lovers aren’t left out either. Smashie puts a new spin on this street food classic with several recipes, including the Supreme – a true signature dish – enhanced by a bacon jam that adds an original sweet-and-salty touch that’s deeply addictive. On the sweet side, the milkshakes round off the experience with a thick, creamy and ultra-indulgent texture. Made with creamy ice cream, they come in classic flavours including strawberry, vanilla and chocolate-coconut.
