Smashie arrives in Monaco!

SMASHIE ORIGINAL SMASHBURGER OPENS IN MONACO

The Monegasque culinary scene has been enriched by the opening of Smashie Original Smashburger, an Italian brand that is already well established and recognised in Italy for its demanding and generous approach to street food. Smashie chose rue Caroline for its first address in Monaco, taking the place of Grubers, in a lively, central and emblematic district that is popular with residents and international customers alike.

At the heart of the Smashie concept is the Smashburger in its purest and most gourmet form. The carefully selected meat is smashed at high temperature directly on the griddle to create the brand's signature intense caramelised crust. This rapid cooking process preserves the juicy, richly flavoured interior while developing deep aromas. The burger is then enhanced by a soft, lightly toasted bun, carefully selected melting cheeses and well-balanced sauces, designed to enhance the meat without ever masking it.

The fries, golden brown to perfection, crispy on the outside and melt-in-the-mouth on the inside, also come in an ultra-gourmet Bacon Cheese version, generously topped with melting cheese and crispy bacon, for an even more indulgent version. The menu also gives pride of place to chicken, with a complete and well thought-out range. The Crispy Chicken Burger features a crispy, golden, juicy chicken fillet in a bun, and the Chicken Tenders are fingertip-friendly. For a fresher but still delicious alternative, Smashie offers a crispy Caesar Salad, combining breaded chicken, crunchy iceberg and shavings of Grana Padano PDO.

Hot dog lovers are not left out. Smashie has revisited this great street food classic with several recipes, including the signature Supreme, enhanced by a bacon jam that adds an original and deeply addictive touch of sweet and sour. On the sweet side, the Milkshakes complete the experience with a thick, creamy and ultra-tasty texture. Made with creamy ice cream, they come in a range of essential flavours, including strawberry, vanilla and chocolate-coconut.
