This season, Muse is evolving its experience whilst remaining true to its spirit. A venue designed as much for lunches overlooking the sea and breaks in the rhythm of Monaco as for exclusive events set against the backdrop of the sunset.

A sunny retreat overlooking the sea

Designed by the Adjamée studio, the décor blends natural materials, organic lines and mineral tones inspired by Mediterranean landscapes. Light wood, play of light and greenery create a vibrant space, open to the sea and designed as a contemporary summer home. Muse cultivates that refined, laid-back atmosphere unique to the Riviera: a bright, free-spirited and deeply Mediterranean ambience.

A shaded pergola, panoramic terraces, tables nestled beneath the pine trees or a lounge facing the horizon: every space invites you to slow down and savour the moment to the full.

South-facing lunch

This season, Muse welcomes guests exclusively for lunch, every day from 12 noon to 4 pm. A new way to experience the venue, like a midday escape.

The 2026 menu celebrates generous, instinctive cuisine, driven by the flavours of the South and seasonal produce. Italian, Levantine and Riviera influences come together in dishes designed to be shared and savoured to the full.

The starters play on contrasts of texture and freshness: rocket salad with raw, fried and creamy artichokes; marinated watermelon with fresh raspberries and feta; local tomatoes and creamy burrata; or melon carpaccio with citrus and fresh goat’s cheese.

The main courses continue this Mediterranean journey with signature creations such as trofie cacio e pepe with summer truffle, linguine with lobster and creamy stracciatella, fried octopus tentacles with kimchi, seabass fillet à la plancha, or tandoori-style confit lamb shoulder served in a soft bao bun. A vibrant cuisine where indulgence and refinement coexist naturally.

The desserts capture this sense of endless summer with a pavlova with red berries, a Madagascar vanilla tropézienne, or signature sorbets with fruity and refreshing notes.

New for the season, Muse is introducing a set lunch menu designed to fit the rhythm of Monegasque days whilst retaining the restaurant’s sunny, Mediterranean spirit.

Available Monday to Friday during May, June, September and October, this set menu includes a starter, a main course and a glass of wine for €29. An invitation to enjoy lunch overlooking the sea in an elegant yet relaxed setting, whether for business meetings, sunny breaks or the Riviera lifestyle.

At lunchtime, Muse attracts Monegasque regulars as well as Hotel guests and travellers seeking a hidden gem by the sea. A place where time slows gently under the southern sun.

As the sun sets, Muse changes its pace

As night falls, Muse reveals a new facet of its identity and becomes available exclusively for private hire.

Cocktails overlooking the sea, dinners beneath the pine trees, brand launches, intimate evenings or bespoke celebrations: the venue transforms into an open-air event destination, designed to host unique experiences in a preserved Mediterranean setting.

Amidst pine groves, golden light and a hushed atmosphere, Muse hosts moments conceived as suspended interludes. The setting evolves according to desires and staging, in a contemporary Riviera spirit where freedom, aesthetics and the art of hospitality come together naturally.
