This season, Muse is evolving its experience while remaining true to its spirit. An address designed as much for lunches overlooking the sea and breaks to the rhythm of Monaco as for exclusive events held at sunset.

A sunny interlude by the sea

Designed by the Adjamée studio, the décor combines natural materials, organic lines and mineral nuances inspired by Mediterranean landscapes. Blond wood, light and vegetation create a lively space, open to the sea and designed as a contemporary summer house. Muse cultivates the refined relaxed atmosphere so typical of the Riviera: bright, free and deeply Mediterranean.

With its shady pergola, panoramic terraces, tables nestling under the pine trees and lounge facing the horizon, every space invites you to slow down and savour the moment to the full.

This season, Muse welcomes customers exclusively for lunch, every day from 12 noon to 4pm. It's a new way of experiencing the place, like an escape in the middle of the day.

The 2026 menu celebrates generous, instinctive cuisine, inspired by the flavours of the South and seasonal produce. Italian, Levantine and Riviera influences come together in dishes designed for sharing and savouring the moment to the full.

The starters play on contrasting textures and freshness: rocket salad with raw, fried and creamy artichokes, marinated watermelon with fresh raspberries and feta, local tomatoes and creamy burrata, or melon carpaccio with citrus fruit and fresh goat's cheese.

The dishes continue this Mediterranean journey with signature creations such as trofie cacio e pepe with summer truffle, linguine with lobster and creamy stracciatella, octopus tentacle fried with kimchi, fillet of bass a la plancha or lamb shoulder confit tandoori style served in soft bao bread. It's a lively cuisine where delicacy and refinement coexist naturally.

The desserts add to this feeling of infinite summer with a red fruit pavlova, a Madagascar vanilla tropézienne or signature sorbets with fruity, refreshing accents.

New this season, Muse introduces a lunchtime menu designed to match the pace of Monegasque days, while retaining the sunny, Mediterranean spirit of the place.

Available from Monday to Friday in May, June, September and October, the menu includes a starter, a main course and a glass of wine for €29. Enjoy lunch overlooking the sea in an elegant, relaxed setting, where business meetings, sunny breaks and the Riviera art of living come together.
