Michelin Guide 2026: Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, at the pinnacle of gastronomy

A historic ceremony

The 117th MICHELIN Guide France & Monaco star award ceremony was held on Monday 16 March 2026 at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco. More than 1,000 chefs, journalists and restaurant professionals gathered for the occasion. Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, hospitality partner of the event alongside the Monaco Government, reaffirmed its commitment to haute gastronomy.

10 Michelin stars
