The aim of this measure is to make life easier for users by offering them a simple and efficient way of getting around during periods when traffic is particularly constrained by the organisation of major events.
The free travel will apply from the Monaco Yacht Show 2025, from September 19 to October 1, covering the event as well as part of the assembly and dismantling period, and the Luxe Pack Monaco trade fair. It will then be extended in 2026 to other major events such as the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique, the Monaco E-Prix, the Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco and the Vuelta. The exact dates and practical details will be announced by the CAM as they become available.
This initiative, the fruit of an institutional dialogue with the Conseil National, is based on a dense and efficient bus network, which is reinforced at peak times. It reflects the Government's desire to make public transport as simple and accessible as possible, in order to improve the experience of users during these exceptional events.
