Faced with the unknown (illness, death, tomorrow), rituals are a way of organising chaos, of 'knowing what to do', of warding off fear and facing up to trials.
How do we move from the profane to the sacred? What meaning is given to everyday gestures? What role do shamans, healers and priestesses play? What media are used for these exchanges between men and gods: fetishes, masks, cult statues?
How diverse are these practices, and what do they have in common? What is the history of magical rituals, their roots and their raison d'être? How can we understand the precise meaning of the gestures that are repeated and passed down from generation to generation, from master to initiate, from father to son?
Every day from 15 December 2025 to 15 December 2026, 9am to 6pm.
