Jondal at La Vigie Monte-Carlo
A concept straight from Ibiza, the Jondal restaurant is set in the idyllic setting of La Pointe de la Vigie. Mediterranean cuisine for sunny lunches or dinners under the stars, in a spirit of sharing and conviviality. In the background, the sea as far as the eye can see, for a moment out of time.
Monte-Carlo Beach continues to surprise us this season. Since 21 June, a brand new address has been nestling on the seafront, under the pine trees of the Pointe de La Vigie, classified as an LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) Refuge: Jondal at La Vigie Monte-Carlo. A concept imported from the Balearic Islands, and more specifically from Ibiza, marked by the talented Spanish chef Rafa Zafra, who cut his teeth at the famous El Bulli restaurant, and by one watchword: joie de vivre. Since it opened in Spain in 2020, this very exclusive place has never been empty, and has established itself as a must-visit address.
Today, Jondal and the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group are joining forces to create Jondal at La Vigie Monte-Carlo, for a two-month preview this summer. An exclusive, almost secret address where the only soundtrack is laughter, birdsong and lapping waves.
Here, the Mediterranean Art de Vivre is savoured between sea and sky, with the emphasis on seafood and fish, available in a variety of flavours (grilled, raw, fried...). In the evening, the magic of the place is revealed even more in the light of dusk.
With Jondal at La Vigie, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer reinforces its position as a leading gastronomic destination. An exclusive and exceptional interlude, present for two months only at Monte-Carlo Beach.
