Jondal à La Vigie Monte-Carlo
A concept straight from Ibiza, the Jondal restaurant has opened in the idyllic setting of La Pointe de la Vigie. Mediterranean cuisine delights us with sunny lunches or dinners under the stars, in a spirit of sharing and conviviality. With the sea stretching as far as the eye can see as a backdrop, it’s a moment out of time.
The Monte-Carlo Beach continues to surprise us this season. Since 21 June, a brand-new venue has taken up residence by the sea, beneath the pine trees of La Pointe de La Vigie, a site classified as an LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) refuge: Jondal à La Vigie Monte-Carlo. A concept imported from the Balearic Islands, and more specifically from Ibiza, shaped by the talented Spanish chef Rafa Zafra, who cut his teeth notably at the famous El Bulli restaurant, and by one key word: joie de vivre. Since its opening in Spain in 2020, this highly exclusive venue has been constantly busy and has established itself as a must-visit destination.
Today, Jondal and the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group are joining forces to create Jondal à La Vigie Monte-Carlo, for a two-month trial this summer. An exclusive, almost secret spot where the only sounds are laughter, birdsong and the lapping of the waves.
Here, the Mediterranean art of living is savoured between sky and sea, with the spotlight on seafood and fish prepared to suit every taste (grilled, raw, fried…). Come evening, the magic of the place is further revealed in the twilight.
With Jondal à La Vigie Monte-Carlo, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer reinforces its position as a leading gastronomic destination. An exclusive and exceptional experience, available for two months only at Monte-Carlo Beach.
