Following a successful first partnership in 2025, Las Brisas restaurant and Château Sainte-Marguerite have signed up for a second season this summer, starting on 1 July. This collaboration reinterprets the Provençal art of living overlooking the Mediterranean, combining food and wine pairings with Chef Marcel Ravin’s summer cuisine. Chef Marcel Ravin’s summer cuisine is paired with the Côtes-de-Provence Crus Classés from Château de Sainte-Marguerite for sunny lunches between the lagoon and the Mediterranean and, new this summer, for dinners under the stars. For the first time, the venue takes on a more intimate and musical atmosphere in the evening as the sun sets. The new dinner menu, featuring Creole flavours, is perfect for enjoying with family or friends, in a true spirit of conviviality and sharing.

Discover the brand-new pop-up Kids Club

Blending the worlds of the circus and the deep sea, the new Monte-Carlo Kids Club by Petit VIP at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort promises unforgettable memories for all children staying at the hotel, from morning until night. An introduction to the circus, water games, mixology workshops at the juice bar, open-air shows, dinners with friends, entertainment and other evening activities will fill every moment, from 1 July to 31 August.

Throughout the season, the setting of double Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin welcomes you for exceptional dinners on the terrace of the Blue Bay Marcel Ravin restaurant, overlooking the Mediterranean. Every four weeks, Chef Ravin presents a brand-new creative and inspired menu, crafted in tune with the harvests and seasonal finds. It is also an opportunity to discover, amongst other things, the Chef’s new concept every Wednesday: “The Ritual of the 5 Elements”. Wood,
Water, Fire, Air and Metal thus make up this exceptional menu, renewed each week according to the Chef’s inspiration, and conceived as a true culinary journey, blending Creole and Mediterranean influences.

Follow the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ at Blue Gin

From 11 June to 19 July, the bar at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort transforms into a playground for all football fans. Throughout the tournament, Blue Gin offers a unique setting overlooking the Mediterranean, where you can watch the key matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ on giant screens, from the opening kick-off to the grand final. Cocktail creations, signature mocktails and finger food devised by Chef Marcel Ravin will accompany the highlights of the competition. And from Wednesday to Saturday, the atmosphere will be taken up a notch with resident DJ Nicolas Saad.

Enjoy the sun by the lagoon or overlooking the sea

A true corner of paradise nestled in the heart of the hotel, the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort’s iconic lagoon with its white sandy bottom has been welcoming swimmers again since 14 May. Set amongst waterfalls and lush islets, the lagoon area features a beach-style bar and Cocoon Beds – private spaces – where you can enjoy a relaxing moment in a privileged setting. The VIP Corners, which can be fully privatised, combine comfort and privacy, whilst the Sea Bay area offers sunbeds by the water’s edge and, since 1 June, the chance to enjoy a swim in a supervised swimming area in the Mediterranean. Not to mention the indoor pool with jacuzzi and the outdoor pool, both heated all year round.
