The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, the hotel for connoisseurs

A hotel of timeless elegance since 1928, a chic destination for connoisseurs and great lovers of art, culture and haute cuisine, the Hôtel Hermitage is a true haven of serenity with a unique and sensitive soul. With its Belle Époque façade, the sublime Eiffel dome of the Jardin d’Hiver and its breathtaking view of the Mediterranean, The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo is a much-loved architectural gem, particularly cherished by the illustrious figures who have stayed there, from Marcel Pagnol to Francis Bacon, including Josephine Baker, Maria Callas and Aristotle Onassis.

A gem complemented by the finest gastronomic offerings, thanks to Pavyllon Monte-Carlo*, a restaurant by Yannick Alléno, and its contemporary Japanese-inspired venue, L'Abysse Monte-Carlo**. To continue to appeal to an increasingly discerning international clientele, the Hôtel Hermitage will unveil new suites in June, as well as a brand-new lobby bar, the Bar Gustave, which will be situated beneath the Eiffel dome, at the heart of the Jardin d’Hiver.

In his new role, Guillaume Ranvier can rely on all the teams at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, who are fully committed on a daily basis to helping maintain the Monegasque Palace at the highest level of excellence, which characterises the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group and the Grand Art de Vivre Monte-Carlo.

I am deeply honoured to have been entrusted with the responsibility of this exceptional House of Connoisseurs that is the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo. I am also delighted to be able to follow in the footsteps of the hoteliers who have contributed to the reputation of this Monegasque icon, alongside passionate, committed professionals who are deeply attached to this place and its history. Our ambition is to write a new chapter in the history of the Hôtel Hermitage, resolutely looking to the future through its renovations, service focused on the finer details, a personalised stay, where every gesture has a purpose, and, finally, men and women dedicated to bringing that extra touch of soul, offering our guests an authentic, elegant and memorable experience that any connoisseur will appreciate
