For Spring-Summer 2025, Monte-Carlo Gets a “Glow Up”
The Most Beautiful Terraces to Soak Up the Sun
With the return of warmer days comes the reopening of outdoor terraces, and Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer is no exception, featuring several must-visit spots:
. Em Sherif Monte-Carlo: Since May 2, the best specialties from Beirut have returned to the terrace of Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo for the fourth consecutive season. Hummus, Mutabbal, Kefta, and Baklava delight food lovers thanks to a carefully curated menu by Lebanese chef Yasmina Hayek. In the evening, enjoy a warm, relaxed ambiance with live DJ sets overlooking the Mediterranean. The terrace features new furniture combining comfort and elegance. Available until September 28:
. Café de Paris – Spanish Week, June 11 to 15: With live music and freshly made tapas, the iconic restaurant on Place du Casino will embrace Spanish flair. Iberian ham carving demonstrations by Maestro Cortador Javier Manfredi and a flamenco performance by the Jose Lucena Group and singer Alvaro Alcaidhe will transform the Parisian brasserie into an authentic Madrid-style tapas bar:
And What’s New:
. Maona Monte-Carlo – From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo: Since May 16, the concept "Maona Monte-Carlo – From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo" has settled in the heart of Monte-Carlo Beach. Imagined as a festive restaurant under the summer sun, this new experience promises moments of sharing, both delicious and light-hearted, centered on Greek cuisine. Lunch continues into the afternoon with music. Greek flavors enhance local products, cocktails, and a danceable playlist – this third season of Maona Monte-Carlo, more festive than ever, can be savored without moderation:
. Le Deck: An iconic restaurant of Monte-Carlo Beach, at the heart of the Beach Club, the venue and the surroundings of the legendary Olympic pool have been given a makeover by interior designer Dorothée Delaye. This is the perfect occasion for Chef Pascal Garrigues to unveil a brand-new Mediterranean menu, based on fresh fish and seafood:
. Marlow: Opened last January, the most British address in Monaco has just unveiled its 100-square-meter terrace, right in the heart of the Mareterra district. Since April 1st, the restaurant now offers 60 additional sun-drenched seats and adapts its menu for the occasion, with fresh and flavorful dishes such as the Spring Salad or the Heirloom Tomato Selection:

In Monte-Carlo, flowers grow and streets glow
They haven’t gone unnoticed: the elegant wild rose sculptures have bloomed on Place du Casino and throughout the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Resort. Designed by artist Céline Pagès, who “sprinkled Monte-Carlo with poetry” these giant brass flowers, ranging from 2 to 3.5 meters in height, are adorned in powder pink, gold, mint green, ivory, and bright pink. Stunning structures that seek “the purity of form and the energy of the flower” all while respecting the environment. All materials used by the artist are entirely non-polluting and will be recycled. On display through the end of August.
