Coya Monte-Carlo is back for a new season on the Riviera
Refined cuisine
The 2026 season unveils a revamped menu, in keeping with COYA’s ever-evolving culinary identity: sophisticated South American cuisine, harmonising with Mediterranean flavours and seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes make a triumphant return, enhanced with a fresh new touch and a perfect balance of flavours. Highlights include traditional empanadas and Chilean sea bass cazuela, as well as lighter sharing plates inspired by the Peruvian coast and the Riviera. These dinners are designed to be savoured during long summer evenings before transitioning seamlessly into COYA’s nightlife.
Madre Tierra: the new international menu at the COYA bar
The launch of Madre Tierra, COYA bar’s new international menu, will be one of the highlights of the season at Coya Monte-Carlo, from 1 April. Inspired by the landscapes of Peru, from La Costa to La Sierra, via La Selva, this collection offers a true journey through its delicious, carefully crafted cocktails. On the menu: bold flavours, refined and masterful technique, and a balance between international classics and original local creations, including sophisticated mocktails.
Coya Monte-Carlo will also be offering an exclusive global collaboration with Tequila Barajas, an independent Mexican tequila house, whose artisanal production is renowned and particularly appreciated by connoisseurs. This partnership includes hand-painted bottles, individually numbered and reserved exclusively for COYA guests worldwide. Each bottle reflects COYA’s commitment to craftsmanship, rarity and cultural authenticity.
An exceptional programme for 2026
Music remains at the heart of the COYA experience, with a 2026 programme running from April through to the peak of the season on the Côte d'Azur. Francis Mercier will open the season on 10 April, followed by Demaya on 15 May, Alex Wann on 26 June for ‘La Noche Blanca’, Arkadyan on 24 September and Bob Sinclar on 25 September. Two special “Inca Nights” will pay tribute to COYA’s heritage through immersive performances and carefully curated soundscapes.
Coya Monte-Carlo will collaborate with the iconic Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo for five exclusive evenings throughout the season, extending the experience into Monaco’s nightlife scene. The full programme is available here: COYA Music presents | Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer
One of the most beautiful terraces under the stars
From June onwards, the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea will be transformed once again, thanks to a partnership between Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer and APM Monaco. The restaurant’s outdoor area will be redesigned for the season, reinforcing the glamorous spirit that characterises Coya Monte-Carlo.
Private receptions on the Côte d’Azur

Semi-private or fully private configurations, adaptable to all requirements, provide a refined and elegant setting for business meetings, brand launches or bespoke events.
