Amù announces its summer reopening on the rooftop of the Fairmont Monte-Carlo

An ode to Riviera cuisine.

From lunch to dinner, the menu showcases Riviera cuisine, harmoniously blending the traditions of the Côte d’Azur with Mediterranean culture.

Thoughtfully crafted, Executive Chef Laurent Smeulders’ menu celebrates the sun-kissed vegetables of the Nice region – Poivrade artichokes, Taggiasche olives, local courgettes – authentic and sustainable local fish, and free-range poultry.

Distinctive flavours define its character, such as candied lemon, marjoram and truffle. A veritable medley of flavours to savour overlooking the Mediterranean, with the shores of three countries as a backdrop: Monaco, France and Italy.

On the sweet side, Pastry Chef Fabrice Didier’s desserts are a feast for the palate. Served generously from the dessert trolley to the plate, they are a delight to savour: tiramisu, Tarte Tropézienne, praline chocolate mousse… Masterfully crafted classics just as we like to enjoy them.

Amù’s unmissable event at golden hour, to celebrate summer evenings. Antonio Pepe’s new cocktail menu, with or without alcohol and featuring homemade syrups, is best enjoyed with barbajuans, fried anchovies, marinated peppers or a pissaladière. Wednesday to Sunday from 6pm to 8pm. Live music and a groovy atmosphere.

Mother’s Day and Father’s Day Special: two Champagne Brunches in the sunshine.

For these two special occasions, the chefs at Amù have concocted two generous, gourmet brunches on its sunny rooftop, designed to delight families: a buffet of Riviera specialities, a selection of perfectly grilled seafood and meat, and a selection of mature cheeses and homemade desserts. Refined décor, unlimited Champagne, unobstructed sea views, and entertainment for children: the perfect combination for creating unforgettable family memories.

Fireworks Dinners, in July and August.

With its unique view of the sea and the entrance to Port Hercule, Amù is the ideal spot to enjoy the fireworks displays put on by the Principality in July and August. The evening’s programme includes a delicious buffet dinner featuring generous, summery dishes, live music and a breathtaking view of the festivities.
