Em Sherif Monte-Carlo: All the flavours of Lebanese cuisine
Having reopened on 10 April, Em Sherif Monte-Carlo has just begun its fifth season in the heart of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. Under the leadership of chef Yasmina Hayek, daughter of Mireille Hayek, founder of the Em Sherif group, this delightful Lebanese restaurant offers a wide selection of hot and cold mezze, as well as delicious signature cocktails, to be enjoyed or rediscovered over dinner on the restaurant’s large terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean. Also not to be missed: live music concerts and DJ sets every evening in July and August, and from Friday to Sunday in June and September, as well as the Chicha Lounge Bar. Not to mention the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches, which can be watched live every match night.

Cedric Grolet Monte-Carlo: Pure indulgence
A must-visit tea room for anyone with a sweet tooth since it opened in July 2025, Cedric Grolet Monte-Carlo, nestled in the courtyard of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, delights its guests with delicate savoury and sweet creations that change with the seasons, including the famous trompe-l’oeil desserts that have made Chef Cedric Grolet’s reputation. From 10 June, the summer menu is unveiled with some lovely surprises, to enjoy in-house or to take away. Whether for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea, Cedric Grolet Monte-Carlo is the perfect place to treat yourself to a moment of tranquillity and indulgence, in the shade of the palm trees on the patio of the Monegasque palace.

Las Brisas: Between the Caribbean and the Mediterranean
Light, sunny and generous: the cuisine of double Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin switches to summer mode on 1 July and runs until 30 August, with the reopening of Las Brisas. Just a stone’s throw from the sandy lagoon of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, the restaurant offers a veritable sunbathing experience for lunch from its terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. And for the very first time, at dinner, the atmosphere intensifies, with soft music under the stars. On the plate, all the flavours of Chef Ravin’s Caribbean cuisine, which we’ll happily pair with a Château Sainte Marguerite wine, the result of the renewed partnership with the estate for the second consecutive year.

Amazónico Monte-Carlo: The art of celebration on the Place du Casino
Welcome to the jungle! Since opening in April 2024 in partnership with the D.Ream International Group, on the rooftop of the Brasserie Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, Amazónico Monte-Carlo has established itself as a true gem of Monegasque nightlife, in the heart of the Place du Casino. With its tropical cuisine blending Latin American and Asian flavours, Amazónico Monte-Carlo immerses its guests in a lush atmosphere inspired by the rainforest. Jazz, bossa nova and other Cuban rhythms accompany dinner on the rooftop or in the lounge area, where line-ups featuring the best DJs will keep night owls dancing until the early hours! – Open Thursday to Tuesday from 6pm to 2am, and until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Maona Monte-Carlo, From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo: Switch to Greek time for a festive lunch
Maona Monte-Carlo, season two! On 14 May, the Greek restaurant reopened its doors for even more festive lunches, inspired by the sunny energy of Mykonos. With a mix of Greek specialities and inventive cocktails, Maona Monte-Carlo, From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo, will liven up summer afternoons until 27 September. Also on the programme this year: an exceptional line-up and days curated by Amoretto: Carlita, Moojo, Demaya and other top DJs will take turns throughout the season. From June onwards, the lounge area will swap its blue and white stripes for a new look designed by APM Monaco.

Coya Monte-Carlo: An invitation to a South American journey
It has been one of the must-visit party spots since its arrival in the Principality of Monaco in 2018: Coya Monte-Carlo has once again been setting the pace for Monegasque nights since 1 April, and will continue to do so until 24 October.
