Mada Lounge in the Jardins des Boulingrins, Jardin Belle Époque opposite the Hermitage and seaside experiences at Le Méridien Beach Plaza are just some of the spots where you can enjoy a drink or dinner in a summer atmosphere. All of this is complemented by emblematic venues such as Jimmy'z , Twiga and La Rascasse , which keep the Monegasque nightlife buzzing. The Festival des Etoilés returns

The sixth edition of the Festival des Etoilés will once again feature a very high-altitude score: six four-hand dinners, devised by some of the finest names in gastronomy. From 13 May, Marcel Ravin will be opening the ball alongside Glenn Viel, before orchestrating a new event on 23 July with Christopher Coutanceau. Meanwhile, Dominique Lory and Christophe Moret will meet up again on 22 May, before Yannick Alléno welcomes Gérald Passedat on 13 June and Martino Ruggieri on 19 September. On September 23, Alain Ducasse and Björn Frantzén promise to set the world alight, before the traditional closing gala on November 14.

Take your taste buds to the four corners of the world

Nearly 150 nationalities rub shoulders in Monaco throughout the year. This cosmopolitan atmosphere is reflected in the food on offer. From April to November, Peruvian culture is sublimated at Coya Monte-Carlo, with delicate touches of Asian cuisine, just a stone's throw from Jimmy'z and the Salle des Etoiles. More in the mood for Japanese cuisine? Japanese cuisine blends perfectly with other cultures to create an explosive fusion in every experience, as at Nobu Fairmont Monte-Carlo, which offers a Japanese dinner with South American accents in a cosy atmosphere. Speaking of union, Lebanon joins forces with the Mediterranean at Em Sherif, in the prestigious Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. A subtle voyage of the senses in a warm atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean.

The Blue Bay Marcel Ravin at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort also offers a fusion of Caribbean and Mediterranean delights, with two Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin at the helm. Not to be missed either is Yatai, the new concept at the heart of Maya Bay, which revisits ramen and shirashi with a Monegasque twist.

You can also relax with a tropical fruit cocktail in hand at the Alang Bar, modelled on a traditional Balinese bar and open especially during the summer season, in the shade of the alang-alang thatched roof. Just a stone's throw away, the beachfront establishment invites everyone to enjoy a culinary journey through Belgium with Smakelijk ! Meaning 'good appetite' in Flemish, this jovial, gourmet Belgian neo-brasserie invites guests to take a trip to the Plat Pays and create a memorable experience.

The Larvotto seaside resort attracts locals and visitors alike with its vast beach, shaded promenade, shops and restaurants. Below the Rock, in the shadow of the Prince's Palace, the Place de La Condamine is home to a number of cafés and restaurants, making it the perfect spot for a gourmet break.

Facing the Mediterranean at Le Méridien Beach Plaza, Café Lacoste embodies the sporty chic elegance so dear to the crocodile brand. Taking to the skies as a playground is also part of the Monegasque experience. To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Héli Air Monaco is unveiling a number of tailor-made experiences, including "From Monaco to Provence - Gastronomic Star Tour". For six days, this exceptional journey links some of France's finest restaurants by air, from Yannick Alléno at L'Abysse Monte-Carlo to Alain Ducasse at the Louis XV, via Anne-Sophie Pic and Glenn Viel.
