A new, more central address for this restaurant serving chic, refined Japanese cuisine, served by a passionate couple in the heart of an elegant setting. Nectars & Naturalité at Louis XV-Alain Ducasse
After the success of the first edition, Nectars & Naturalité returns to the Louis XV - Alain Ducasse in Monaco for four exceptional dinners. Each evening will feature Alain Ducasse's Naturalité cuisine, interpreted by Emmanuel Pilon, and rare wines carefully selected by Hélène Tessera and Bernard Neveu. The programme includes Domaine Jamet (Côte-Rôtie) on 12 November, Champagne Bérêche & Fils (Montagne de Reims) on 10 December, Domaine Jean-Louis Chave (L'Hermitage) on 21 January and Château Angélus (Saint-Émilion) on 25 March. These are just some of the evenings on offer to get closer to the perfection of perfect food and wine pairings, in the presence of representatives of the estates and Alain Ducasse.
The Principality to host the Michelin Guide ceremony
A ceremony in the land of stars... Monaco will be hosting the Michelin Guide ceremony in 2026! It's a proud moment, especially as the Principality has featured in the famous red guide since the very first edition in 1900. On 16 March, the world of gastronomy will meet at the Grimaldi Forum, in the heart of this 2 km² area where eight starred establishments shine 13 stars on this exceptional territory.
