Take part in the Festival des Etoilés, a series of exceptional dinners

The Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo returns, once again celebrating culinary excellence with a series of exceptional dinners featuring Michelin-starred chefs from around the world. The event kicks off on 10 April with a prestigious dinner at Le Grill*, where Dominique Lory and Pierre Gagnaire reunite after 25 years together. On 20 June, Alain Ducasse and Albert Adrià will join forces at the Louis XV for a gastronomic experience fusing French and Spanish cuisine. On 13 July, Yannick Alleno and Davide Oldani will offer a convivial and innovative evening at the Pavyllon, followed by an exceptional event at the Blue Bay on 18 July with Marcel Ravin and Anne-Sophie Pic. A unique gala dinner will bring this5th edition to a close in the autumn.

Take your taste buds to the four corners of the world

Some 139 nationalities rub shoulders in Monaco throughout the year. This cosmopolitan atmosphere is reflected in the food on offer. From April to November, Peruvian culture is sublimated at Coya Monte-Carlo, with delicate touches of Asian cuisine, just a stone's throw from Jimmy'z and the Salle des Etoiles. Fusion again at the Blue Bay Marcel Ravin at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, where two-starred chef Marcel Ravin unveils a cuisine combining Caribbean and Mediterranean delights. Not to be missed either is Yatai, the new concept at the heart of Maya Bay, which revisits ramen and shirashi with a Monegasque twist.

With a range of dishes inspired by Mediterranean culture and made using fresh ingredients, Muse offers exceptional moments for both sunny days and chic, festive dinners. You can also relax with a tropical fruit cocktail in hand at the Alang Bar, modelled on a traditional Balinese bar and open especially during the summer season, in the shade of the alang-alang thatched roof. Just a stone's throw away, the beachfront establishment invites everyone to enjoy a culinary journey through Belgium with Smakelijk. Meaning 'good appetite' in Flemish, this jovial, gourmet Belgian neo-brasserie invites guests to take a trip to the Plat Pays and create a memorable experience.

The Larvotto seaside resort attracts locals and visitors alike with its vast beach, shaded promenade, shops and restaurants. There's no shortage of places to take a refreshing dip under the azure skies and dine with your feet in the water: choose from one of the four private beaches at Le Neptune, La Note Bleue, La Rose des Vents or Le Miami, each with its own special atmosphere, or head to Giacomo for Italian specialities or Sexy Tacos for a Mexico made in Monaco atmosphere! There's nothing like joining Monegasques at the Marché de la Condamine in the morning, when they're thinking about the dishes they'll be cooking. It's as much a meeting place as it is a perfect place to have lunch and savour local dishes such as barbagiuàn or fougasse. Below the Rocher, in the shadow of the Princely Palace, the Place de la Condamine is home to a number of cafés and restaurants, making it the perfect spot for a gourmet break.
