Soak up the "Couleurs!" summer exhibition at the Grimaldi Forum

After the success of the 2024 edition, the summer of 2025 will feature works from the Centre Pompidou. The Parisian institution of contemporary art will be closing for 5 years of works, and the Grimaldi Forum will be exhibiting the best of the institution's collections. Entitled " Colours ", the 2025 summer exhibition will take visitors on a grand tour of twentieth-century art, offering a multi-sensory experience that combines colour, sound and fragrance. A second exhibition will take place from 12 July to 21 August 2025. Called "Monaco & the Napoleon(s)", the project will bring together collections from several institutions to evoke the links between the Napoleon and Grimaldi families.

Enjoy the most beautiful settings dedicated to music with the Monte-Carlo Summer Festival

In Monaco, the stars are not just in the sky or in the restaurants. They can also be found at the Sporting Monte-Carlo and theOpéra Garnier, where every summer the Monte-Carlo Summer Festival offers entertainment and thrills in the form of unforgettable concerts. Since 1974, some of the world's biggest stars have performed at the Salle des Etoiles: Frank Sinatra, Céline Dion, Cirque du Soleil, Tina Turner and more recently John Legend, Jamie Cullum and Rihanna... To kick off this 2025 edition, the Fight Aids Monaco evening will pay tribute to Jean-Jacques Goldman on 5 July with the Goldmen. The big names in music will then take it in turns to light up Monegasque nights all summer long: from Billy Idol for the Red Cross Gala on 12 July to Benson Boone on 16 July, and the legendary riffs of Carlos Santana on 23 July. The festival will also be rocking to the sounds of Paul Kalkbrenner on 24 July, followed by a tribute to Dire Straits on 25 July, and concluding on a rock note with Scorpions on 26 July. From 30 July to 10 August, the Monegasque stage will be celebrating soul classics with Motown All-Stars, before welcoming Will Smith for a special concert on 2 August. Kool & The Gang will get Monaco dancing on 13 August, before Giorgia closes the festival in style on 15 August.

Following the success of the immersive "Polar Mission" exhibition, which welcomed and raised awareness among over 1.7 million visitors, the Oceanographic Museum is opening a new chapter in its commitment to protecting the oceans with the immersive exhibition. Visitors of all ages are invited to travel back in time, exploring an ideal future for the Mediterranean, rich in biodiversity, thanks to decisions taken today. It's a real call to action, highlighting the need to protect this unique and fragile ecosystem, while inspiring individual and collective commitment. The century-old establishment also features a permanent exhibition entitled "The Prince and the Mediterranean". Guided by the voice of Princess Stéphanie, visitors are invited to board the boat Deo Juvante II and sail through intimate spaces highlighting the Prince's passion for the Mediterranean. And here's a little tip: round off your visit with a tour of the Museum's terrace, a unique observation deck between sky, land and sea, 85 metres above the Mediterranean.

Attend live open-air shows at the Théâtre du Fort Antoine

A former fortress built in the early 18th century, this unusual venue was destroyed in 1944 and rebuilt in 1953 on the initiative of Prince Rainier III, much to the delight of locals and visitors of all ages! Every summer, the Théâtre du Fort Antoine, overlooking Port Hercule, gives pride of place to live entertainment. Circus arts, singing, music, theatrical performances and even open stages take place throughout July in the heart of a magical setting, under the stars overlooking the Mediterranean.

Take part in the Changing of the Guard ceremony and enjoy the princely palace and its frescoes

The Place du Palais is one of the Principality's must-sees! Every day at 11.55am, the Prince's Carabinieri carry out the traditional changing of the guard: a privileged encounter with the Principality's centuries-old history.

This is also an opportunity to discover the Grand Apartments of the Prince's Palace. Open from the end of March to October, visitors can enter the state rooms and bedrooms. A visit to the House of the Princes not only offers a glimpse into the intimacy of the Princely Family, but also reveals some exceptional Italian Renaissance frescoes. These cover a total surface area of 600 m², some of which were hidden from view for almost five centuries!
