The Monte-Carlo Beach goes Jacquemus

Jacquemus has taken over the exterior of the Monte-Carlo Beach with a chic Mediterranean summer decor. The hotel's pontoon is decked out in the brand's signature banana yellow and coconut milk and black stripes. The collaboration goes even further, as visitors can also enjoy the world of Jacquemus in two boutiques in the heart of the Beach Club. On view until 7 October 2025.

Opening of the Monte-Carlo Cigar Club

The Monte-Carlo Cigar Club has opened its doors in the legendary Monte-Carlo Casino. The club, located in the former office of François Blanc, founder of the Société des Bains de Mer, includes a smoking room, a bar, a walk-in humidor and a terrace with panoramic views of the Grande Bleue and the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo.

The Hôtel de Paris reveal their new face

Carved out of the rock in 1874 on the initiative of Marie Blanc, the cellars of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo are now revealing a restored version of this unique heritage treasure. With its 350,000 bottles, 5,500 references and 1.5 km of galleries, it is the largest hotel cellar in the world. Open for private visits and tailor-made dinners, they offer a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the legend of grands crus... and Monte-Carlo.

Available in French, English and Italian, with further developments in other languages to come, it gives a digital boost and modernises the experience for locals and visitors alike.

Reopening of the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo

The Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo is back in operation after five months of renovation. Delivery of the first 45 rooms and suites is scheduled for August. The Métropole Monte-Carlo will then operate the 55 rooms between the5th and 7th floors, which have not yet been renovated. After the works, the hotel's capacity will be increased from 120 to 112 rooms, in order to provide more comfortable spaces, with the creation of a prestige category between the room and the suite. On the restaurant front, ZIA is returning, as is Yoshi, which is reopening without its star Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac is already back in business. As for the spa, it will open in July under the Guerlain banner.

Two new concepts at Monte-Carlo Beach and a new dynamic

A new dynamic is taking shape at Monte-Carlo Beach, which reopens on 14 April. The seasonal 5-star establishment will be renovating the Le Deck restaurant and offering new furniture around the swimming pool. Above all, the hotel will be welcoming two international restaurant brands. The first is Jondal, which will be taking over La Vigie. Jondal, which has set the standard in Ibiza for the past three summers, will open its doors in Monaco on 21 June, offering a glamorous and peaceful setting for lunch and dinner seven days a week. On the other side of the hotel, the Maona Monte-Carlo will be home to Sea Satin, a lively Greek restaurant serving lunch and dinner from 16 May, from Thursday to Sunday in May and June, and from Tuesday to Sunday in July and August. Finally, the Monte-Carlo Beach is more than ever in tune with its sporting DNA, offering group yoga, HIIT and Pilates classes. There are also two new padel courts for fans of this popular sport.

Villa La Vigie gets a swimming pool

Nestling at the top of Monte-Carlo Beach, Villa La Vigie has been reinvented with the addition of a sumptuous heated swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean. The former home of Karl Lagerfeld, this exceptional residence combines refinement, history and breathtaking views. An exclusive setting, available to rent from 1 May, for a timeless getaway.

Exhibition universeelle 2025 Osaka Kansai - Monaco Pavilion

World Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai will be held from 13 April to 13 October 2025, with 28 million visitors expected. This international event falls under the general theme of "Designing the society of the future, Imagining our life tomorrow", with the Principality opting for the "Connecting lives" angle. Comprising several buildings, the Pavilion will be surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and will highlight Monaco's environmental commitments. The first building will offer a truly immersive, tactile and olfactory experience, with screens featuring captivating perspectives. The second part, meanwhile, is designed like a tree, enabling visitors to learn more about the history of Monaco, sustainable mobility, the fight against CO2 emissions and the preservation of our natural heritage.

Mareterra

Monaco unveiled its ambitious Mareterra project on 4 December after eight years of work! Conceived as an extension of the existing coastline stretching from the Grimaldi Forum to the Formula 1 Grand Prix tunnel, Mareterra will transform the Principality with an additional six hectares. The main attractions of this new area include a seafront Promenade Prince Jacques with a unique mineral atmosphere, a blue grotto to discover the heart of the structure for the curious, a relaxation area conducive to meditation, green spaces, villas and apartment blocks as well as the Quai du Petit portier with a marina.

Extension of the Grimaldi Forum Monaco

An emblematic player in the world of events and entertainment, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco benefits from the ambitious Mareterra district. The Principality's congress and cultural centre is seeing its exhibition capacity increase by 50%, with almost 6,000 m² of additional space. This extension will enable the GFM to host larger-scale events, all with a view of the Grande Bleue from the Ravel terrace.
