Exhibition "Coco Chanel's Roaring Twenties" - Villa Paloma, NMNM

On show at the Villa Paloma until 5 October, the exhibition " Coco Chanel's Roaring Twenties " offers a unique insight into the Riviera of the 1920s, when Gabrielle Chanel imposed a new vision of femininity. More than 200 pieces, including some thirty fashion designs and forty works of modern art by Picasso, Delaunay and Cocteau, are displayed in a daring dialogue. A tribute to the visionary spirit of Chanel, who embodied the free, elegant and liberated woman of her time.

Cactus" exhibition - Villa Sauber, NMNM

The original and poetic " Cactus " exhibition takes over the Villa Sauber. Created in collaboration with the Yves Saint-Laurent Marrakech Museum, the exhibition reveals the abundant imagination behind a fascinating motif that is in turn decorative, symbolic or resistant. Textiles, objects, drawings and various installations tell the story of this tender, pungent plant.

Museum Night at the Musée d'Anthropologie préhistorique

On 17 May, the Musée d'Anthropologie préhistorique is inviting young and old alike to an exceptional nocturne to mark the Nuit des Musées (Night of the Museums). On the programme: an immersive evening at the heart of prehistory and nature, meeting passionate researchers and specialists. From 6pm to 11pm, the curious will be able to enter the laboratory, enjoy themed guided tours and enjoy privileged discussions in a truly unique atmosphere.

Monte-Carlo Summer Festival

The programme for the Monte-Carlo Summer Festival has been unveiled! Once again this year, the summer event will offer entertainment and thrills in unforgettable concerts at the Salle des Etoiles, featuring rock, pop and electro. The festival kicks off on 5 July with a tribute to Jean-Jacques Goldman at the Fight Aids Monaco evening, accompanied by the Goldmen. On 12 July, the British punk-rock spirit of Billy Idol will take to the stage at the Monaco Red Cross Gala, before Benson Boone distils his contemporary American pop on 16 July. Four grandiose evenings follow. On 23 July, the legend Carlos Santana will set the Principality alight with his iconic riffs. Paul Kalkbrenner's electro will take the audience by storm on 24 July, before giving way on 25 July to a tribute to Dire Straits with The Dire Straits Experience. On 26 July, the iconic band Scorpions will unleash their flamboyant guitars and offer their unmissable musical repertoire. From 30 July to 10 August, it's time to let yourself be carried away by the hits that made the Motown label famous, with 10 soulful evenings offered by Motown All-Stars an exclusive show. On 2 August, multi-faceted artist Will Smith will come to Monaco for an exceptional concert with rap and hip-hop influences! To round off the festival in style, Kool & The Gang will have the Salle des Etoiles dancing to their cult groove on 13 August, before Giorgia delights audiences with her unique voice on 15 August.

A new exposition at the Oceanographic Museum: "Mediterranean 2050

Following the success of the immersive exhibition "Mission Polaire", which welcomed and raised awareness among over 1.7 million visitors, the Oceanographic Museum is opening a new chapter in its commitment to protecting the oceans with "Méditerranée 2050", an immersive exhibition to be discovered from 29 March. Visitors of all ages are invited to travel through time, exploring an ideal future for the Mediterranean, rich in biodiversity, thanks to decisions taken today. It's a real call to action, highlighting the need to protect this unique and fragile ecosystem, while inspiring individual and collective commitment.

Summer exhibition 2025 at the Grimaldi Forum: "Colours!

Following the success of the 2024 edition, the summer 2025 exhibition will feature works by the Centre Pompidou. The Parisian institution of contemporary art will be closing for 5 years of renovation work, and the Grimaldi Forum will be exhibiting the best of the institution's collections. The 2025 summer exhibition will take visitors on a grand tour of twentieth-century art, offering a multi-sensory experience that combines colour, sound and fragrance. A second exhibition will take place from 12 July to 21 August 2025. Called "Monaco & the Napoleon(s)", the project will bring together collections from several institutions to evoke the links between the Napoleon and Grimaldi families.

Exhibition "CINEAM, le club des artisans cinéastes de Monaco" at the Audiovisual Institute of Monaco

Monaco's Audiovisual Institute is presenting a new exhibition on Cinéam, the Principality's club of artisan filmmakers. This retrospective, open until 30 January 2026, offers a fascinating insight into the evolution of Monegasque amateur cinema, from the first attempts in the 1950s to the advent of video in the late 1980s. It's a unique opportunity to discover the inventiveness and passion of the filmmakers who captured the essence of Monaco in their work.

L'effet papillon, la pré-histoire des animaux" exhibition at the Musée d'Anthropologie Préhistorique

A new exhibition at the Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology: "The butterfly effect, the pre-history of animals". Running until1 December 2025, the exhibition explores the links between animal species and brings together some very important archaeological collections. Visitors can discover emblematic species once found in our region, as well as other specimens from faraway lands. Designed to arouse the curiosity of everyone, the exhibition features workshops for children, talks and guided tours, as well as projection areas.

Karl goes to Memphis" exhibition at the Almine Rech gallery

The "Karl goes to Memphis" exhibition at the Almine Rech gallery features the flat of Karl Lagerfeld, an exceptional resident of the Principality. Bold and colourful, this Monegasque space is a true testament to his love of the Memphis style, reflecting the energy of the movement with graphic, modern designs. On view until 24 May 2025.
