  • MONACO CITY (Le Rocher)

Prince's Palace

The Prince's Palace, the private residence of the Principality's princely family, needs no introduction. The Grand Apartments are open to visitors between March and October. Visitors can admire the Cour d'Honneur, the Galerie d'Hercule and many paintings, frescoes, tapestries and furnishings. And every day of the year at 11.55am, the Prince's Carabinieri carry out the changing of the guard in the Place du Palais: a privileged rendezvous with the Principality's centuries-old history.

Monaco Cathedral

Also known as the Cathedral of Notre-Dame-Immaculée de Monaco, this Romanesque-Byzantine building, built in 1875, houses the tombs of deceased princes. It was also the site of the legendary wedding between Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier III.

Oceanographic Museum

Facing the sea, the Musée Océanographique, inaugurated in 1910, invites visitors to discover thousands of species of tropical and Mediterranean fish. It's as fascinating as it is educational, with fun activities, turtle rehabilitation tanks facing the sea, and informative temporary and permanent exhibitions.

Saint-Martin Gardens

Originally typically Mediterranean, this green setting has since been complemented by exotic species acclimatised to the site. The Jardins Saint-Martin offer walkers as many tree-lined surprises as exceptional views of the Grande Bleue.

Fort Antoine

A former fortress built in the early 18th century, the Théâtre du Fort Antoine, overlooking Port Hercule, is a showcase for live entertainment. Circus arts, singing, music, theatrical performances and even open stages take place throughout July in the heart of a magical setting, under the stars overlooking the Mediterranean.

Casino de Monte-Carlo

A temple of luxury and elegance, the Casino de Monte-Carlo is a legendary place where prestige and refinement meet. With its legendary games, grandiose architecture and enchanting setting, it is the epitome of Monegasque glamour.

Monte-Carlo Opera

The jewel in the Casino de Monte-Carlo's crown bears witness to the Principality's rich history. Great opera and theatre stars have performed here since the creation of the Salle Garnier. The hall's excellent acoustics, combined with the beauty of the setting, mean that audiences can enjoy an eclectic range of performances, perpetuating the great operatic tradition while supporting new works.

The Boulingrins and Petite Afrique gardens

Surrounding the Casino are two large gardens where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll. Opposite the gaming establishment, the Jardin des Boulingrins offers a unique view over the Place du Casino. Nearby is the Petite Afrique garden, home to some amazing tropical species.

Port Hercule

This is Monaco's main port, ahead of the port of Fontvieille. Nestling between Monaco-Ville and Monte-Carlo, this deep-water port brings together prestigious yachts, elegant sailing boats and small craft.

La Condamine market

Box 98

Box98, Monaco's new leisure centre, has opened its doors with a tantalising promise: to diversify Monaco's entertainment offering. Located in the heart of Fontvieille, the 4,700 m² centre features an electric go-kart track, racing simulators, bowling lanes, karaoke and arcade games.

Rainier III Animal Garden

A green setting in the heart of the Principality, home to rare species and rescued animals. An enchanting spot overlooking the port of Fontvieille, perfect for a natural family break.

Fontvieille landscaped park

A haven of peace where nature flourishes, the Parc Paysager de Fontvieille is an idyllic place to recharge your batteries. Its shady lanes, fountains and green spaces create a tranquil atmosphere, ideal for a soothing stroll with a sea view, around the famous Circus Festival tent. At the heart of this vast green setting, the Princess Grace Rose Garden, opened in 1984 by Prince Rainier III as a tribute to his wife Grace Kelly, charms visitors with its 315 varieties of rose.

Louis-II Stadium

This is not just the arena where AS Monaco writes its most beautiful pages. The Stade Louis-II, with its bold architecture, is also a multi-sport arena that can be visited for part of the year.

Museum of Stamps and Coins

A philatelic and numismatic treasure trove that reveals Monaco's rich history. From rarities to prestigious editions, the Musée des Timbres et des Monnaies is a fascinating visit for art and history enthusiasts.

  • EXOTIC GARDEN

Exotic Garden

Suspended over the Mediterranean, the Exotic Garden offers a breathtaking panorama. Its incredible collection of succulents and cacti transports visitors into a lush, exotic world. The site is also home to the Grotte de l'Observatoire, an underground cavern specially designed for visitors. It reveals traces of Monaco's earliest inhabitants, namely groups of Paleolithic hunter-gatherers.

New National Museum of Monaco - Villa Paloma

The mission of the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco is to promote the heritage of the Principality of Monaco and showcase contemporary art through temporary exhibitions at two exceptional venues: the Villa Sauber on Larvotto and the Villa Paloma in the Jardin Exotique. Nicknamed "La coquette" by its former owner for its obvious charm, Villa Paloma boasts an uninterrupted view of the Principality and is spread over three levels, with flower-filled, restful grounds.

Botanical centre

A veritable plant laboratory, the Botanical Centre looks after rare and precious species. A captivating immersion in the world of biodiversity and botanical conservation, with a panoramic view over part of the Principality and the Mediterranean.

  • LARVOTTO

New National Museum of Monaco - Villa Sauber

The mission of the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco is to promote the heritage of the Principality of Monaco and to showcase contemporary art through temporary exhibitions in two exceptional locations: the Villa Paloma in the Jardin Exotique and the Villa Sauber in Larvotto. The latter is one of the last Belle Époque villas in Monaco. With a rich history dating back to the early twentieth century, the villa is now giving pride of place to culture.

Grimaldi Forum Monaco

Recognisable by its unique glass and steel design, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco is the Principality's conference and cultural centre. Every summer, the GFM hosts a major exhibition, some of which have toured the world. You can also enjoy its eclectic range of musical performances, from Elton John to Black Eyes Peas, as well as hosting musicals. The Grimaldi Forum is also a natural setting for Monaco's finest cultural ensembles, which perform here all year round: Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, the Philharmonic Orchestra, the Monte-Carlo Opera and the Théâtre Princesse Grace.

Beach

Vibrant and lively, Larvotto beach is one of Monaco's must-see spots, where you can relax and unwind. From invigorating swims to refined restaurants and elegant boutiques, it offers an experience combining leisure and pleasure by the sea.

Japanese garden
